Terms & Conditions

1. Services

Aruvili provides digital solutions, including but not limited to:

• Website development
• Web application development
• Mobile app development
• Custom software development
• Support & maintenance

Service details, scope, timelines, and pricing will be confirmed through proposals, emails, invoices, or signed agreements.

2. Pricing & Payments

• Project pricing may be fixed, hourly, or milestone-based.
• A deposit may be required before work begins.
• Remaining amounts must be paid at milestones or before delivery.
• Late payments may delay project timelines and delivery.
• All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

Maintenance or additional tasks outside original scope may be quoted separately.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate project requirements
• Share timely content, materials, and approvals
• Respond within reasonable timeframes
• Ensure submitted materials do not infringe legal rights

Delays caused by missing information or approvals may impact delivery timelines.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Upon final payment, delivered work belongs to the client.
• Until completion and full payment, all work, designs, and code remain the property of Aruvili.
• Open-source or licensed software used in development remains subject to their respective licenses.

Aruvili reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Revisions & Scope Changes

Projects typically include a limited number of revisions as specified in the proposal. Requests beyond agreed scope may:

• Extend the timeline, and/or
• Incur additional charges

Changes will be discussed and approved before execution.

6. Third-Party Services

Projects may rely on third-party services, including:

• Hosting providers
• Domain registrars
• Payment gateways
• APIs
• WordPress/Dokan plugins
• Flutter libraries or others

Aruvili is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, downtime, or issues caused by third-party tools.

Client is responsible for paying third-party subscription or renewal fees unless stated otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aruvili will provide services with reasonable skill and care, but will not be responsible for:

• Loss of revenue or business
• Data loss due to client error, hosting failure or misuse
• Issues outside our control, including internet outages, hacking, or platform failures

In all cases, our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service.

8. Warranties & Support

Unless otherwise stated:

• Work is delivered “as-is”
• Errors found within a reasonable period after delivery will be fixed
• Ongoing support requires an active maintenance plan

Support does not include:

• New features
• Platform migrations
• Hardware or infrastructure failures

These may be billed separately.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project if:

• The other party breaches terms, or
• Stops communication for an extended period

Payments made up to date of termination are non-refundable. Incomplete work may be handed over depending on agreement and payments received.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep shared passwords, business data, documents, and proprietary information confidential.

11. Use of Website

Users agree not to:

• Copy or reproduce site content without permission
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the website
• Misuse forms, servers, or communication channels

12. Changes to Terms

Aruvili may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective when published on this page.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the relevant courts or jurisdiction of India.
